Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

Regular Sizes will be delivered in 7-10 days
Custom sizes will be delivered in 10-12 days
However, we try to deliver sooner.

Custom sizes are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.

Other Returns can be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.


All prices are including tax. 12% GST.


We have a 15-day return/exchange policy. It will take us 15 days after receiving the request to settle the return/exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at augustcut@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the address that we provide you with.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

August Cut reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

All custom made orders are non-returnable.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will need account details if your mode of payment was Cash on Delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
